Super Juniors

The following three documents should be downloaded for Super Juniors Nominations:

bulletNomination form to be returned by June 10th.
bulletLetter to athlete.

Note that the nomination form must be FAXed by June 10th to 203-250-2566.

Here are the important dates for you to pass on to your players who will be trying out:

bullet Super Junior Tryouts:
Sunday, June 15th
4:00-6:30 p.m. 
at Amity High School
 
bullet Practice:
Tuesday, June 17th
4:30-6:30 p.m.
at Bartlem Park in Cheshire
 
bullet Games: 
Saturday, June 21st
Senior All Stars: 10:00 a.m.
Super Juniors: 12:00 noon
at Branford High School

Also please be aware of the following:

bulletYou must be a member of US lacrosse to nominate players and have players selected for Super Juniors.
 
bulletFor Super Juniors, you may nominate up to 8 exceptional players to try out who meet the following criteria: 
1) Must be a full-time CT resident
2) Must be entering their senior year of high school in Sept. 2003
 
bulletPlease make sure your players can commit to the tryout, practice, and game dates before you nominate them.
 

Directions to Amity High School

Via I-95 to Exit 4 (Marsh Hill River Rd):  Follow Marsh Hill Rd to traffic light.Turn RIGHT at traffic light onto Indian River Rd.  Stay left where Indian River Rd. divides.  Cross over U.S. Route 1 (Boston Post Rd.) to Route 114 (Racebrook Rd).  Follow Route 114 approx 7 miles to the Woodbridge Fire Department.  Bear LEFT through fire house driveway onto Newton Road.  Amity H.S is second driveway on RIGHT (sign in front).

Via Interstate I-91:  I-91 south to I-95 WEST (New York in New Haven).  Follow above directions for I-95.

Via Wilbur Cross/Merritt Parkway North or South:  Wilbur Cross/Merritt Parkway to Exit 59 (New Haven).  LEFT at the end of ramp onto Route 69 North.  Follow Route 69 for 1/4 mile to light at Lucy Street.  Turn LEFT onto Lucy Street and follow to light at Route 63 (Amity Road) and follow for approximately 1 mile to light at Route 114 (Center Road).  Turn LEFT onto Route 114 (Center Road) and follow for approximately 1 mile to Woodbridge Fire House (on right) and turn to Amity High School.

Directions to Branford High School

Traveling from New Haven on I-95 North:  On I-95 North, take exit 55.  At end of ramp (traffic light), turn left onto Route 1.  Turn left at the 4th traffic light onto Main Street (after Dunkin Donuts).  BHS is 1/2 block on the left.

Traveling from I-95 heading South:  On I-95 South, take exit 55.  At end of ramp, turn right onto Route 1.  Turn left at the 4th traffic light onto Main Street (after Dunkin Donuts).  BHS is 1/2 block on the left.
